The Provision of Graphic Design Services (Festivals)

Tender description

Waterford City & County Council invites interested parties to tender for an initial one year contract, with the option, at the sole discretion of the awarding authority, to extend for a further two periods of one year each (max 3 years total), for the provision of Graphic Design services for the Winterval Christmas Festival beginning with the 2018 festival. In 2019, the scope of the brief and the budget available will be extended to include Graphic Design services for the Waterford Harvest Festival. The successful company will work closely with the Festival Director (to be procured) and the Marketing/ PR Company (to be procured) in implementing the overall marketing/ PR strategies for the two festivals. The successful company will be able to demonstrate previous experience in delivering excellent results across a wide range of media including digital, print and signage.
