Tender description
1.2 This public procurement competition relates to the appointment of a service provider to tender for an initial one year contract, with the option, at the sole discretion of the awarding authority, to extend for a further two periods of one year each (max 3 years total), for the provision of marketing and public relation services for the Winterval Christmas Festival beginning with the 2018 festival. In 2019, the scope of the brief and the budget available will be extended to include marketing and public relation services for the Waterford Harvest Festival. The successful company will work closely with the Festival Director (to be procured) and the Graphic Design Company (to be procured) in implementing the overall marketing/ PR strategies for the two festivals.
