The Bigger Picture: Facilitator to manage community engagement project in Lecale under the Shared History & Culture Programme within PEACE IV Local Action Plan Competent Consultancy companies are hereby invited to tender to manage a cross-community project relating to the pioneering work of the Protestant scholar Francis Joseph Bigger in rescuing Early Christian and medieval buildings and artefacts in the Lecale area in the period 1890 -1920 , as part of the Shared History and Cultural Programme under the Building Positive Relations theme within PEACE IV Local Action Plan in the Newry, Mourne and Down DC area. the project is supported by the EU PEACE IV Programme, managed by the Special EU Programmes Body.
