Tender description

This Public Contract is for the storage, stock management, distribution and collection of Goods for Pandemic Influenza Preparedness Programme (PIPP) and Emergency Preparedness Resilience and Response (EPRR) to NHS Scotland. The Goods have been split into three (3) categories, each of which is identified as a “Lot”. Full details of each Lot is contained in section II.2 of this notice. A single supplier will be appointed to each Lot. Full details can be found within the ITT. This Lot is for the storage, stock management and distribution of Antivirals to NHS Scotland. The Contractor(s) shall provide Storage for approximately 1 000 pallets of goods. The Contractor(s) shall be required to store, manage, pick, pack, and prepare for dispatch and distribute the goods to NHS Board sites and designated delivery points as directed by the Authority, including emergency deliveries. Collection may also be required by the Contractor(s) as advised by the Authority. Full details can be found within the ITT. This Lot is for the storage, stock management and recycling of Antibiotics and Intravenous Fluids to NHS Scotland. The Contractor(s) shall provide Storage for approximately 200 Pallets of Goods. The Contractor(s) shall be required to store, manage, pick pack and distribute Goods to designated NHS Board sites. The Contractor(s) shall be required to replenish and/or recycle suitable contracted replacement Goods, which meet the standards required by the Authority. Full details can be found within the ITT. This Lot is for the storage, stock management and distribution of Emergency Preparedness, Resilience and Response (EPRR) Goods to NHS Scotland. The Contractor(s) shall provide Storage for approximately 80 Pallets of Goods. The Contractor(s) shall be required to store, manage, pick, pack, and prepare for dispatch and distribute the Goods to NHS Board sites and designated delivery points as directed by the Authority, including emergency deliveries. Collection may also be required by the Contractor(s) as advised by the Authority. Full details can be found within the ITT.
