The Chief Operating Office, Modernisation and Digital function is currently in transition and must evolve to support the vision of the OneGovernment Model. Modernisation and Digital will be at the heart of running and transforming the services for our customers. The States of Jersey is now looking for an experienced partner to help deliver its ambitious plans by driving the design and implementation of the Modernisation and Digital function. The programme will ensure our Modernisation opportunities and Digital Strategy are in place to deliver the future vision of the States of Jersey.
