Market Engagement — Procurement of a Radiology Information System/Picture Archive and Communications System/Vendor Neutral Archive (1767369). Health and Social Care Northern Ireland (HSCNI) is seeking market responses to inform the potential replacement of its exisitng Northern Ireland Picture Archiving and Communication System (NIPACS). The objective of this market engagement are to: 1) identify market ready/available solutions for a Radiology Information System (RIS)/Picture Archiving and Communications System (PACS)/ Vendor Neutral Archive (VNA) and to better understand current and future market capabilities (and benefits); 2) to explore options to help inform the future scope; 3) to obtain realistic market pricing to inform a detailed OBC to secure funding and buy-in from all stakeholders for the recommended option. Further details can be found in the Request for Information (RFI) document. Interested suppliers should return a completed questionnaire and pricing template as per the RFI instructions. The RFI is available at: http://etendersni.gov.uk/epps. Suppliers must be registered on etendersni to download the RFI – See VI.3 below. The closing date for responses is 15:00 on 22.10.2018. Questionnaires must be completed in English. HSCNI may also request interviews, demonstrations and or additional information on submitted questionnaires.
