Tender description
The Department wishes to appoint a contractor(s) for the provision of support services for potential adult victims of modern slavery who have been subjected to any form of modern slavery, including victims of human trafficking or victims of slavery, servitude or forced and compulsory labour. The contract will be divided into 2 lots: 1) Female victims and children; 2) Male victims, couples and families. Tenderers can apply for 1 or both lots. For each lot, the service requirements can be delivered by a single organisation or tenderers can form a consortium capable of providing victim focused support, tailored to the particular needs of each individual in compliance with the EU Directive and Northern Ireland legislation.
