Lancashire County Developments (Property) Ltd (LCDL) is a company limited by guarantee which is wholly owned by Lancashire County Council and forms part of the services delivered by the Economic Development Service. As part of its operations LCDL provides accommodation solutions to businesses at White Cross Business Park, Lancaster and Lancashire Business Park, Leyland. The Business Parks are run on a commercial basis and administer a Service Charge to enable the delivery of various services for the benefit of all tenants on the estate. One of these services is the provision of on-site security. This Lot is for the delivery of Manned Security Services at White Cross with respect to the ITT documentation, please see this for further information. The total number of hours per week that needs to be covered is currently 128, although note that this may be subject to change at LCDL's discretion to meet the needs of the business park. This Lot is for the delivery of Manned Security Services at Lancashire Business Park with respect to the ITT documentation, please see this for further information. The total number of hours per week that needs to be covered is currently 168, although note that this may be subject to change at LCDL's discretion to meet the needs of the business park. This Lot is for the delivery of Manned Security Services at both White Cross and Lancashire Business Parks with respect to the ITT documentation, please see this for further information. The total number of hours per week that needs to be covered is currently 128 at White Cross and 168 at Lancashire Business Park, although note that this may be subject to change at LCDL's discretion to meet the needs of the business parks.
