SCC KS PTS General Technical Support to Transport Development Planning - AWARD

Tender description

To provide general technical support, as required, to Surrey County Council as statutory consultee on highway and transport matters to the planning authorities across Surrey for a three year period. Specifically: - Providing applicants with pre-planning advice and agreeing the scoping of TAs and Transport Statements - Technical assessments of transport related documents provided in support of planning applications - Post application negotiations with applicants in order to provide comprehensive responses to the LPA - Post permission negotiations on the design of access and any required mitigation, including the completion of section 278 and 38 agreements - Technical review and approval of detailed engineering layouts and designs - Project Management of development related infrastructure - Lead and/or support planning appeals Level of resource to be agreed on a case by case basis.
