TII has awarded a 4-year framework for deicing salts for use on national and regional roads in Ireland to the following tenderers: Doyle Shipping Group, D Walsh & Sons, Lagan Operations & Maintenance Ltd, Irish Salt Mining & Exploration Company Ltd T/A Salt Sales, and Wilson Salt Ltd. The participants in this framework are: TII, Department of Transport Tourism and Sport (DTTAS) and all local authorities within the Republic of Ireland.
