Tender description
Winterval is Ireland’s premier Christmas festival attracting almost 500,000 annually. Now in its 6th year, it will commence this year on Friday November 17th with the festival launch including the switching-on of the Christmas lights in the city and run up until Saturday 23rd December. As a centre point to the continuing success of the festival has been the “Waterford on Ice” ice rink. This year, as in previous years, Waterford City & County Council require a suitable qualified company to supply and operate the Ice Rink on a concession basis.
