Tender description

Wandsworth Borough Council intends to initiate a procurement for the award of a contract or contracts for the provision of leisure and culture services. The Council is seeking the views of potential providers on the scope and packaging of services to help determine the approach that aligns with the capacity and capability of the market to ensure the best outcome from any potential procurement process. The Council would appreciate feedback from potential tenderers to assist with the preparation of its intended procurement by completing a soft market test questionnaire. This Prior Information Notice is an indication of a potential future procurement. Any procurement will be the subject of a later OJEU Notice. The Council’s current contract for leisure and culture services is due to end on 30.9.2019. The services are currently provided by enable leisure and culture. The scope of the contract is broadly broken down in 3 categories: a) direct delivery of services; b) contract management; c) premises Management services; d) consultancy and advisory services as required by Council from time to time, including but not limited to other leisure contracts, armed forces community covenant and heritage issues. The Council would appreciate feedback from potential tenderers to assist with the preparation of its intended procurement by completing the attached Soft market test questionnaire.
