Tender description
The Council wishes to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced consultant or team of consultants to produce a detailed Landscape and Ecological Management Plan for the conservation, enhancement and maintenance of the setting of The Angel of the North. This will contribute to the ability of the Council to positively protect, manage and enhance The Angel of the North in its role as both land owner and local planning authority.
