Tender description

The Client requires a Service Provider to deliver a scheme to prevent unauthorised parking at vehicle parking sites within the boundary of the City of Derby. This will involve the issuing of permits to persons authorised to use the parking facilities and the issue of Parking Charge Notices to those parking without authority. The scheme will also require the Service Provider to administer parking management services which will include the Service Provider recovering charges from the Liable Person. The procurement process will be based on Bidders passing a set of mandatory and discretionary exclusion criteria. If the Bidder passes these, their bid will be evaluated on a split of 70 % price, 30 % quality. Full details will be available within the tender documents once the tender bid goes live.
