Folkestone and Hythe District Council (F&HDC), acting as Local Planning Authority and Kent County Council (KCC) acting as key infrastructure provider (the 'partners') wish to jointly commission viability advice to help inform the policy formation, implementation and delivery aspects of a new standalone Garden settlement.
