Milton Keynes Council would like to establish a Professional Services Framework covering the following suite of services: • Project Management • Quantity Surveying • Design Team • Contract Administration The intention is to publish the tender documents early in 2019 with the Framework to be live by late Spring, in preparation for forthcoming commissions. We are looking to understand the level of interest in bidding for this framework and in addition we would welcome any feedback on the following: • How the framework could operate • Format of the Framework • Pricing Mechanisms • Lessons learnt from other Frameworks • What do you see as benefits of being on the Framework • Any negative's to other Frameworks that we can learn from here If this opportunity is of interest, please respond accordingly to the nominated contact.
