IP Phones, Licences and Software Subscription for use with Cisco Communication product set.

Tender description

The Department of Agriculture, Food & The Marine invite responses to this tender for the supply of IP phones, Licences and Software Subscriptions for use with Cisco Communication product set, along with the renewal of existing software subscriptions. The Department has a number of existing software subscription contracts for these products expiring in December 2017 and require a renewal of the subscription within 30 days of the expiry date and the consolidation of the subscription onto a single contract. The Department also has ongoing additional requirements for: 1. New software licences and subscription for the Cisco Unified communications product set as deployed in the Department. 2. IP phones for use with the Cisco Unified communications product set as deployed in the Department. It is envisaged that these requirements will be filled on a draw down basis under the contract put in place with the successful tenderer, it is also envisaged that the other agencies and Departments as described in the RFT may drawdown under this agreement.
