Tender description

The agency is looking to purchase a High Performance Anion Exchange Chromatography with Pulsed Amperometric Detection (HPAEC-PAD), which consists with dual quaternary gradient pumps, column oven, autosampler and PAD detectors. The equipment should be fully controlled using existing Chromeleon software (Version 7.2). The equipment will be used for carrying out free and total saccharide content analysis in polysaccharide based vaccines, including meningococcal serogroup ACWXY, Hib and Vi. This is the potency test for batch release. Agency is keen to know the number of suppliers can supply this.
