Tender description

This programme delivers services and funds through Cash Transfers to girls and Capitation grants to schools accelerate girls’ enrollment, retention and completion at primary and secondary levels of education in South Sudan. This is a 3 month extension to the current contract services in order to allow for ongoing technical management and support of the current 6 State Anchors to ensure that validation of approximately 300 000 eligible girls is effectively carried out, and to provide support to the execution and accountability of 2018 primary schools’ capitation grants second tranche and secondary school’s teacher incentives. These services are vital to ensuring continuity of services into phase 2 of the GESS programme.
