The University of York is pleased to invite tenders for the provision of Building Energy Management System (BEMS) Technical Support to supplement the University’s in-house team. Full details of this requirement and how to tender are available to download from https://in-tendhost.co.uk/york/. The University wishes to establish a Fully Comprehensive Contract with a single supplier to deliver BEMS Technical Support and reactive call outs, the majority of which will be remote-access. The successful Contractor will provide technical support to the University’s in-house technicians. The scope of the contract also requires new installations as well as future provision of energy analyst and metering services.
