Tender description

This Electricity contract has an estimated value of approx. £350000 - £500,000 per annum in total, subject to usage and proposed rates. We expect the supplier to supply half hourly and non-half hourly electricity to approximately 265 PCH properties (for usage in communal areas) unmetered sites and PCH corporate sites detailed on the attached Pricing spreadsheet. PCH shall enter into contract with one supplier for either green and/or brown electricity, and for 12 months with the option to extend this contract for three subsequent extensions of 12 months each subject to obtaining best value for our residents. We have an approximate total of 561 MPANs which are broken down into the profile classes as per the pricing schedule (Schedule 6). Keywords: Electricity, Energy
