Tender description
ENGIE Services Ltd on behalf of North East Lincolnshire Council (the Authority) wishes to commission a mid-term and post-project evaluation of the Discover Cleethorpes Townscape Heritage (TH) programme. The TH programme involves investment of £2.9m by the Heritage Lottery Fund to allow the Authority to bring vacant premises back into use, repair historic buildings and reinstate important architectural features for properties in Alexandra Road and Sea View Street. These form a key part of the Central Seafront Conservation Area. The TH programme also includes a number of complementary learning and engagement activities The Authority is seeking consultants with experience in conservation and economic impact evaluation to undertake the study. Experience of evaluating previous Heritage Lottery Fund programmes, including the Townscape Heritage/Townscape Heritage Initiative programme, is essential. Keywords: consultancy, heritage
