Tender description

The Contracting Entity is undertaking a competitive tender process to select an integrated Corporate Performance Model to be used by Ervia, its subsidiaries and business units including: Gas Networks Ireland, Irish Water and its three Central Business Units, Group Centre, Shared Service, and Major Projects. The Contracting Entity wishes to appoint one supplier to design and deliver this programme, on a cloud based solution across our business. The Purpose of this application is to provide a Corporate Performance Model: 1. To provide an application for Ervia, its subsidiaries and business units as outlined above, capable of generating Consolidated Income Statements, Balance Sheets, Cash Flow Statements, associated Financial Metrics and manpower planning. 2. To provide a central framework and application to allow the organisation to plan (10 years plus), forecast (monthly - quarterly) and budget (annually), facilitating collaboration and minimising the amount of manual interventions
