The City of Edinburgh Council (the Council) is seeking to appoint a supplier to provide a high quality and flexible cleaning service for the Assembly Rooms, the Usher Hall, the Ross Band Stand and the Church Hill Theatre in Edinburgh. In advance of the commencement of the tender process, the Council wishes to invite potential suppliers to an Information Day, to be held in central Edinburgh (location to be confirmed) on Thursday 25.10.2018, from 10:00 to 11:30. The Council is seeking to appoint an experienced cleaning specialist to meet the ongoing cleaning requirements for the aforementioned historic listed buildings which regularly host high profile events including: — concerts by world-renowned, — global conferences, — festivals, — weddings. The cleaning service must be highly responsive, delivered to a 5-star standard, and will feature flexibility so that dependant on venue requirements: — resources can be diverted from one venue to another, — cleaner’s shift times can be adjusted (shift times are programmed monthly in advance but could potentially occur anytime during a 24 hour day/7 day week period, dependant on the events programmed within that period).
