Cleaning services for offices, sheltered housing and communal areas across Gwynedd. This prior information notice is being published for the purpose of early market engagement only. Cartrefi Cymunedol Gwynedd (CCG) is committed to ensuring that our tenants receive services of a high standard and which deliver value for money. We are keen to engage with innovative suppliers to explore the potential improvements for office cleaning, sheltered housing cleaning and communal areas cleaning across the whole of Gwynedd. The broad scope of service requirements have been determined to a high level, and we welcome suggestions from potential suppliers for the purpose of preparing the procurement (provided that such advice does not have the effect of distorting competition and does not result in a violation of the principles of non-discrimination and transparency). This Market Testing exercise is designed to inform CCG of the markets ability to deliver service improvements and the ability to provide a solution which will deliver value for money. It is anticipated that the contract notice will be published by late November / early December 2018.
