Tender description
To provide catering services to the public, jurors, staff and judiciary during 9:00 to 3:30 Monday – Friday (closed Bank Holidays). Providing hot and cold food, sandwiches, teas / coffee and other ranges of beverages and snacks. The supplier will have use of the court kitchen facilities free of charge however the services will be provided on a nil subsidy basis with the supplier taking all revenue. To provide hot and cold food, sandwiches, teas / coffee and other ranges of beverages and snacks during the hours of 9:00 am and 3:00 pm. The kitchen is situated on the first floor to service the public café and also the secure jury area. There are 2 service points, one in the public area and the other in the jury area. A pre-ordering service is to be offered to the Judiciary. Estimated daily footfall of 100 people with 7 courts operating.
