Tender description

A person who can deliver the following turnaround services for United Lincolnshire Hospitals Trust. Demonstrable month on month improvement of the run rate. Ensure delivery of minimum 25m FEP, with stretch to 30m for 18/19 (real cash out). Build clinical engagement in a rolling FEP process. Assess the ‘route to zero’ and build a credible plan for delivery of a balanced financial position or better. Work with the PMO to build their skills so that ULH has a fully fit for purpose function. Build relationships with key NHSI stakeholders. Build plans for 19/20 FEP.
