NHSSC seeks to establish a non-exclusive framework agreement for the supply to the NHSSC customer base via the direct route of supply of leasing services and loan services. Leasing services are required to cover operating and finance leasing services for a range of NHS assets. This shall include a range of equipment, including but not be limited to medical equipment and IT Equipment. The scope of this element of the requirement excludes property leases. Loan services are required to cover a wide range of funding needs. Funding needs shall include a range of requirements, including but not be limited to building/turnkey works and maintenance requirements. Precise quantities are unknown. It is anticipated that initial combined expenditure will be in the region of 100 000 000 GBP in the first year of this framework agreement, however this is approximate only and the values may vary depending on the requirements of those bodies purchasing under the framework agreement.
