The Student Loans Company has a requirement for services to engage directly with potential students, students and their sponsors. We need a digital channel that demonstrates a student audience, from pre-applicants for student finance to those in repayment, so we can provide early, accurate information about our products, packages and processes to ensure continued success and stability of the application and repayment services. The platform will also enable SLC to engage directly with students and intercept and influence conversations in real time. SLC are requesting expressions of interest from suppliers who consider they may be able to provide this service. The Student Loans Company (SLC) requires support to ensure that all students and potential students (undergraduate, postgraduate, further education) are aware of the financial support available and how to access this support. We are also responsible for the provision of information to students once in the application process and when they enter repayment. We need a digital channel that demonstrates a student audience, from pre-applicants for student finance to those in repayment, so we can provide early, accurate information about our products, packages and processes. Data on who this audience may be is not held by SLC. We also need a platform that enables us to engage directly with students and intercept and influence conversations in real time. SLC requests expressions of interest from suppliers who may be able to provide this services, including brief details of how these may be provided successfully to SLC.
