2052 - External Training and Conference Venues DPS

Tender description

East Riding of Yorkshire Council is seeking applications from potential suppliers to be admitted to the Council's new dynamic purchasing system (DPS) for the provision of External Training and Conference Venues to the Council. It is intended that this DPS will be in place for 4 years with an approximate spend of £500k and will be the main procurement vehicle for the Council's external training and conference venue needs. Unlike a traditional framework, suppliers can join the DPS at any time and is designed to provide access to a pool of pre-qualified suppliers that can be continually refreshed. Suppliers that have subsequently been approved onto the DPS will then be invited to take part in call-offs, where the Council will specify its detailed requirements and ask suppliers for firm pricing and for further information about each venue's facilities. It is expected that the Council will conduct a call-off for these services annually. These call-offs will be for the provision of venues for meetings, training and conferences, for use by East Riding of Yorkshire Council in the event that the Council's own internal venues are unsuitable or unavailable. Venues must be reachable by car within 30 minutes drive of at least one of the following locations: Beverley, Bridlington, Brough, Cottingham, Driffield, Goole, Hessle, Hornsea, Market Weighton, Pocklington, Withernsea
