Tender description
This contract consists of two Lots. Lot 1: Community support to stay well for adult residents of Ealing. Lot 2: Community support for people with serious and long-term mental health needs to take part in and contribute to their communities (for example geographical, neighbourhood, special interest, Black and Minority Ethnic (BAME) groups, people who identify as Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Trans (LGBT+) and to find or retain employment, leisure, education, housing and social life. The overall purpose of the two Lots is for a range of community mental health services to support people to stay well, to access opportunities in employment, leisure, and education, and to contribute to their communities. These services will provide peer support, therapeutic interventions, and opportunities to enjoy life and leisure, opportunities to contribute to society, as well as contributing to greater resilience and mental wellbeing in Ealing.
