You must be registered as a Supplier and register your interest in order to obtain the Tender Documentation, receive notices and upload a Tender Application. ComReg wishes to establish Multi Supplier Framework Agreement for provision of Professional Services in relation to Product Testing. Provision is in relation to two pieces of EU legislation are the RED — Radio Equipment Directive (2014/53/EU) and the EMCD – Electromagnetic Directive (2014/30/EU). Technical testing of electrical products to ensure compliance with the Electromagnetic Compatibility Directive (EMCD). Technical testing of products with a radio component to ensure compliance with the Radio Equipment Directive (RED). ComReg wishes to establish Multi Supplier Framework Agreement for provision of Professional Services in relation to Product Testing. This is required in relation to 2 pieces of EU Legislation are the RED — Radio Equipment Directive (2014/53/EU) and the EMCD – Electromagnetic Directive (2014/30/EU).
