Tender description

This Framework Agreement is for the supply of generic medicines used in the treatment and prevention of HIV and the treatment of Hepatitis B and Hepatitis C to health boards across NHS Scotland. The goods have been split into three (3) Lots as follows: — Lot 1: the supply of generic HIV medicines, Hepatitis B medicines and Peginterferon Alfa-2a, — Lot 2: the supply of Emtricitabine/Tenofovir Disoproxil, — Lot 3: the supply of Ribavirin. The supply of ribavirin tablets to NHS Scotland. This Lot will be awarded as an unranked multi supplier Framework Agreement. It is envisaged that this Lot will be awarded to a maximum of four (4) suppliers. Supply of Emtricitabine/Tenofovir Disoproxil tablets to NHS Scotland. This Lot will be awarded as a ranked multi supplier Framework Agreement. It is envisaged that a maximum of five (5) suppliers will be awarded to this Lot. This Framework Agreement is for the supply of generic medicines used in the treatment of HIV, Hepatitis B and Hepatitis C to NHSScotland. This Lot will be awarded as a single supplier framework agreement on a line by line basis.
