Tender description
Supply of Natural Gas and Associated Services. The supply is for both Large Sites (above approximately 25 000 therms per annum) and Small Sites (below approximately 25 000 therms per annum). NWSSP-Procurement Services intends to utilise the restricted procedure under the Utilities Contract Regulations 2016. The requirement is to supply approximately 269 “Large” and 259 “Small” NHS Wales sites. NHS Wales undertakes its own energy pricing procurement and engages directly with the supplier to secure prices and volumes on its behalf. A brokerage service is not required and any potential supplier will be required to hold an OFGEM Supply Licence. Natural Gas volumes are secured under separate portfolio's for both “Large” and “small” sites. Currently this is secured in advance on a flexible basis.
