IR35 Status of this position This post sits outside IR35 2. What is the budget? Negotiable 3. What would be the base location and how much of travel would be involved? Chelmsford, Essex is the base location (next to railway station). No travel required with some WFH days available on Mondays and Fridays 4. Is it Chelmsford's intent that the Consultant would be on site on a full time basis ie 5 days per week for the duration of the contract? The developer is expected to be onsite at least 3 days a week with an opportunity to WFH on Mondays/Fridays. 5. The only assessment method stated is "work history".. Will interviews also be conducted or is the assessment based purely on work history? Interviews will be conducted by telephone and CV's will be requested 6. Please advise if agreed budget is realistic or if you have a set criteria when it comes to rates. We will review all submissions against the essential criteria first, followed by the desired. We will select based on merit for the role within a realistic budget bench marked against specialist resource currently in place. 7. Our specialist has submitted his evidence but, as a vastly experienced and knowledgeable candidate, it has been incredibly difficult to abide by the 100 words per answer. Would the buyer consider reviewing cv's as we feel that this would give the buyer much more specific detail to make a decision on?
