Tender description

The delivery of responsive maintenance works to circa 5900 properties owned and managed by Red Kite Community Housing. Responsive Maintenance Works and minor aids and adaptations, as demand requires, to properties owned and managed by Red Kite Community Housing. The appointed Contractor is expected to provide an extremely high-quality service at the Employer’s properties and for tenants and leaseholders of those properties. This includes satisfactorily completing Orders within the specified time periods, good tenant and leaseholder liaison, efficient and accurate record keeping, prompt submission of accounts and immediately responding to any complaints received. The Contractor will also be expected to instill and embed the values and ethos of Red Kite throughout the duration of the Contract.
