Tender description

Rugby Borough Council (RBC), invited tenders for the supply of a comprehensive Housing Management solution, and required the Tenderer to recommend, provide and implement software to meet the council’s objectives. The tendered solution encompasses all the necessary software and services. These include but are not limited to: Housing Options, Allocations, Tenancy, Leasehold and Service Charges, Housing Benefit/UC, Voids Management and Customer Self-Service. The Housing Management Solution will interface with the Council’s existing relevant software solutions as detailed in the Tender Documents. The requirement was divided into two Lots we shall be awarding: Lot 2 — Software Hosted by RBC.
