Supporting the technical operations team Skills & Experience • Service blueprint design • Operating model design • Process design • Roadmap and planning • Performance dashboards • Operational management • Organisation design Work Location Pan-NEL (London, Suffolk, Kent, Sussex and Northampton). Working Arrangments Full time role 5 days per week on site across various NEL locations. Expenses to be included in the day rate.
