Tender description
To meet the needs of young people aged 16-18 the Council has decided to take a strategic view and introduce a Dynamic Purchasing System to ensure that all providers are working to provide accommodation and support to an agreed quality standard. Southend-on-Sea Borough Council (“the Council”) is establishing a Provider list, using a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS), of organisations who are able to provide high quality accommodation and support for Care Leavers. This Dynamic Purchasing System enables Commissioners to procure a sufficient number of Providers who can provide accommodation and support for care leavers.
