Tender description

The London Borough of Sutton (Sutton Council) is seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified organisations for the provision of Home Care and Support services. Contracts will be for a period of 5 years commencing on January/February 2018. Please note this provision falls within under Regulation 75(1), Section 7 of the Public Contract Regulations 2016 (the “Light Touch Regime” (LTR) for Health, Social, Education and certain other service contracts). This regulation provides some flexibility with regards to procurement procedures. Home care and support services to support the independence and well-being of Sutton service users with Care needs. Lot 1: Locality A Lead Provider The estimated contract value ranges between 6 500 000 GBP — 13 000 000 GBP for the full 5 year contract period. The mid range of the contract is shown in 11.2.6. Please refer to the tender advice documentation for details of the weighting criteria and the evaluation methodology.
