Tender description

Kingston upon Hull City Council tendered this contract seeking suitable qualified providers to deliver a 5 year contract for drug and alcohol treatment and recovery services, with an option to extend for a further year. Hull City Council is conducted this procurement using the Competitive Procedure with Negotiation (CPN) (Light Touch Regime) in accordance with the requirements of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (SI 2015/102) (PCR 2015) for the purpose of procuring the services described in the Specification (Services). The service is broken down into 2 lots: Lot 1: Drug and Alcohol Recovery treatment system. Lot 2: Primary Care based long term in treatment service. Service commencing 1.10.2018.
