Housing and Care 21 are looking to appoint a suitable, qualified and experienced supplier to provide a Grounds Maintenance at our Oldham PFI sites. The sites are varied in shape and size and require a variety of services being completed throughout the year. Suppliers must be familiar with the concept of a PFI site and legalities that they entail.
