High Peak Borough Council wishes to invite tenders for the Glossop Creative Industries strategy. High Peak Borough Council is seeking assistance to evidence and assess the potential for the growth of creative industries and cultural activity to contribute to sustainable economic and social development in the Glossop Area. The aim is to develop a strategy firmly based in the ‘art of the possible’ which identifies the vision, the outcomes, key actions, relationships and investments required.
