Tender description

Women’s Integrated Sexual Health (WISH) is a flagship Programme that will deliver integrated Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR) services in 27 countries. By December 2020, this will result in an additional 2.95 to 4 100 000 family planning users, contributing 20 % towards the UK commitment to Family Planning 2020 targets (FP2020). Lot 1 of the Women’s Integrated Sexual Health (WISH) Programme will deliver services in up to 11 countries, as follows: — Burkina Faso, — Cameroon, — Chad, — Côte d'Ivoire, — DR Congo, — Mali, — Mauritania, — Niger, — Nigeria, — Senegal, — Sierra Leone. The service provider will deliver services under 4 components: Targeted service delivery in sexual and reproductive health services including procurement of commodities. Supportive legal, financial and regulatory reform, demand creation and stigma reduction to improve the supply of and demand for SRHR services. Increasing national commitments to SRHR. Leverage domestic financing and commitments for family planning and sexual and reproductive health services. Changing social norms, education and influencing behaviour change, prevention of unsafe abortion, and increasing demand for other integrated sexual and reproductive health (SRH) services. Lot 2 of the Women’s Integrated Sexual Health (WISH) Programme will deliver services in up to 16 countries, as follows: — Burundi, — Ethiopia, — Madagascar, — Malawi, — Mozambique, — Rwanda, — Somalia, — South Sudan, — Sudan, — Tanzania, — Uganda, — Zambia, — Zimbabwe, — Afghanistan, — Bangladesh, — Pakistan.
