Tender description

The BBC requires the services of a roster of up to 15 suppliers specialising in design, development and delivery of Digital Games and Interactive Experiences, primarily in HTML5. As part of the Digital Games and Interactive Experiences roster suppliers will be required to work across the BBC’s product portfolio including; Children’s, News, Education and Sport designing, developing and delivering games and interactive experiences for web and mobile applications across a range of projects. These will include; developing part, parts of, or all of an existing online product or service; contributing to the BBC’s Digital Games and Interactive Experiences strategy, Game design and development and Interactive Experience design and development. Suppliers will be required to provide project management for all projects. Following the conclusion of this procurement process the BBC will award up to 15 suppliers with Framework Agreements. The Framework Agreement(s) will have an initial term of 24 months commencing on 1.9.2018 and ending on 31.8.2020. The BBC may apply multiple extensions to the Initial Term, and such extensions shall not exceed a combined total of 24 months. The value detailed in 11.1.5 is the total estimated Framework value, the annual value is anticipated to be between approximately 1 000 000 GBP to 4 500 000 GBP.
