Tender description

The contract involves all necessary works required to construct a fully functioning car park at Suir Island, Clonmel. The proposed works which involve the extension and upgrade of an existing car park include tar macadam surfacing with concrete kerbing and footpaths, street lighting and landscaping. A new drainage system with integrated petrol interceptor will connect to an existing surface water drainage system which discharges into the Suir. Tenderers are advised to visit the site to ascertain for themselves the full extent of the works to be carried out.
