Tender description

Belfast Health and Social Care Trust (the Contracting Authority), is seeking to engage a total of 3 Economic Operators to provide consultancy services in connection with the surveying, identification, analysis and reporting of asbestos containing materials and the removals specification, monitoring and certification of removal of asbestos containing materials under separate Framework Agreements of four years duration subject to the satisfactory performance of the successful Economic Operators and at the absolute discretion of the Contracting Authorities. Professional services shall be in accordance with all relevant UK (including Northern Ireland) Legislation and Guidance, in particular HSE ‘Asbestos: The Survey Guide (HSG264)’ and HSE ‘Asbestos: The Analysts’ Guide For Sampling Analysis and Clearance Procedures (HSG248)’.
