Tender description

TWI wish to add functionality to their large chamber facility (1EB, see specification) to allow metre-scale wire feed Additive Manufacturing (AM) development. This will require a second EB gun column and wire feeder to be mounted on the chamber roof with associated power supplies and control cabinets. The control will be integrated with the main machine control. On 18.9.2018 starting at 10:00 am, TWI will host a site visit in relation to this tender. Please ensure all correspondence relating to this tender is submitted through the In-Tend correspondence facility. This purchase will be made as part of a collaborative research project which is supported by Innovate UK.
