Vending machines (Drinks and Snacks) Service

***Contract awarded for an initial 3 year term followed by 2 annual extensions ***The ICO is seeking provision of vending machine services as follows: • Free to vend hot drinks machines. We currently have three provided in Wycliffe House: one in a social space, one in a meeting suite and one on the second floor extension these will be free vend machines. We are seeking to replace these drinks machines and add an extra machine for Kings Court, so we will have four in total. • Refill service for all of the above. • Maintenance service for all of the above. • One pay-vending snack machine to be based in the Wycliffe House social space [Kings Court would not have the room for a snack machine] • One pay-vending cold drinks vending machine to be based in the Wycliffe House social space. Our intention is to replace the current provision with similar facilities, and we seek quotations on that basis. For the avoidance of doubt, the vending machines themselves will remain the property of the Supplier (or the Supplier's supplier) and title will not pass to the Commissioner. All consumable products and supplies used for the stocking and refilling of the hot drinks, cold drinks and snack machines shall also remain the property of the supplier. The anticipated contract period is 36 months, with the options to extend for two further 12 month periods.
