Transport for children with Special Educational Needs and/or Disability (SEND). Children in Care (CiC). Transport by Minibus, wheelchair access vehicles, private hire vehicles and Hackney carriages. This contract lot is for the delivery of transport for children with SEND from home to school and return with a Passenger Assistant provided by the Council and CiC to designated venues The Contractor may need to supply a passenger assistant/Passenger Assistant as indicated within the schedule Contractors must submit a ‘rate per day’, ‘weekly rate’, or a combined daily mileage and rate per mile as directed on the schedule and no waiting time is to be charged to this contract
